The Chapter Charter states that we provide a copy of our membership database to our Sponsoring Dealer.  However, as an unadopted Chapter without a Sponsoring Dealership, we supply a copy of our membership database to H.O.G. via our H.O.G. Manager.

Red Rose Chapter does not share, sell, pass on or distribute any member personal information with anyone else.

 

How do I make choices about receiving communications?

The Chapter Charter stipulates that we communicate with you but you can elect not to receive these.  At the time you complete your membership application form, you agree to receive communications from us.  If, after completing the membership application form, you decide not to receive these communications, please contact us.

 

How do I know my personal information is secure?

 

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information through our website. We employ user authentication procedures and other preventative technologies designed to keep your data secure and protected. This applies to our accounts with TryBooking and PayPal.  Access to your personal information is limited to certain Primary and Discretionary Chapter officers to perform their job functions.

Red Rose Chapter is not responsible for the content of any linked websites.

This Privacy Policy does not include any social media accounts that we use, or you have access to. It relates only to our website and your membership application.
